Pass Through Cabinets:
Pass-through cabinets, commonly referred to pass-through chambers or pass-through windows, allow for the secure transfer of parts, materials and equipment in and out of a cleanroom environment. These specialized entry systems help to limit the need for entry and exit by personnel, dramatically reducing the risk of cross-contamination.

Pass Through Cabinets (PTW) Series :
The PTW Series is designed to be mounted within the wall of a cleanroom. These units enable finished solutions, parts, tools and other objects to be passed to the cleanroom or pharmacy preparation room. The PTW acts as an air lock device, preventing ambient air from entering, or clean air from exiting the cleanroom. Additionally, the mechanical interlock prevents both doors from being open at the same time — blocking airborne contaminates from entering the room or the risk of pressure loss within the cleanroom.
Features
- Standard construction is Wood board with plastic laminate exterior. Corrosive Resistant Polypropylene, Epoxy Painted Steel, 304 or 316L Stainless Steel units are also available
- Flame polished 3/8” thick clear doors
- Stainless steel framed doors with safety glass inserts and latching handles
- Continuous stainless-steel piano hinge
- Heavy Duty 1/4 Turn chrome plated latching handles
- Mitered anodized aluminum trim molding to frame out opening
- Closed cell Poron gasket around door opening
- Electrical interlocks and vertical sliding or roll up doors are also available
CART PASS-THROUGH CABINETS (CPTW) SERIES:
Developed to move large items or quantities of products in and out of a cleanroom, CleanZones offers the Cart Pass-Through Cabinet (CPTW) Series which that are designed to be mounted on the floor. These units do not have a bottom layer, allowing carts to easily roll in and out of a cleanroom. The mechanical interlock prevents both doors from being opened at the same time, preventing airborne contaminates from entering the room or a loss of pressure within the cleanroom. Electrical interlocks are also available.
